I have secretly envied the macbook owners having portablity you can walk straight
into the apple store a fix a problem [hopefully there and then] some wish it were possible? ..we still get situations were we are bogged down by
technicalities of being stuck at home with no-internets because our server
is down and living on cloud nine
I have yet to confirm my network is configured correctly must buy a sack trolley

I'm with you as usual, Peter. Last week I spent two days on the phone with very adept, thorough, and persistent IT people in India. After 99 steps, they managed to clean my computer and get it working again. One of them said it looked like the work of one person and asked if I had any enemies. "99 steps, someone out there must hate you." (meaning me.)
